Sara leads the strategic side of Babou Studio. Her background is in market research and marketing strategy, helping brands understand who they're speaking to and how to reach them in a way that actually resonates.

At Babou, she:

  • Conducts deep-dive marketing and brand audits
  • Leads market and customer research
  • Shapes positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Designs channel and campaign strategies, from launch to growth
  • Guides clients through what to prioritize — and what to stop doing

Sara is at her best when she's untangling messy marketing situations, finding the signal in the noise, and crafting simple, grounded strategies that teams can actually execute.

Josh leads the technical and product side of Babou Studio. He designs and builds the digital experiences and internal tools that bring strategy to life.

At Babou, he:

  • Designs and develops websites focused on clarity, UX, and SEO
  • Builds internal systems for managing leads, clients, and content
  • Creates custom dashboards, lightweight CRMs, and content libraries
  • Connects tools together so data doesn't get lost in spreadsheets and inboxes
  • Translates complex needs into simple, usable software

Josh moves comfortably between design and engineering, making sure the technology supports real-world workflows instead of getting in the way.
